Day 1: Arrival in Multan
Arrive in Multan and check into your accommodation. After breakfast, you will head to the Shah Rukn-e-Alam Shrine. You will explore the mausoleum of Shah Rukn-e-Alam, a revered Sufi saint, known for its stunning architecture and spiritual significance. You will visit the museum located near the shrine to learn about the history and culture of Multan, including its Sufi traditions. You will visit Ghanta Ghur(The Hour House) and Khooni Burj ”Bloody Tower”. Take a stroll through this bustling market area, known for its vibrant atmosphere and traditional handicrafts. Attend the evening prayers at the shrine, experiencing the spiritual ambiance and rituals.
Day 2: Exploring Multan's Spiritual Sites
Have breakfast at your hotel. You will visit the Mausoleum of Bahauddin Zakariya, another important Sufi shrine in Multan dedicated to the saint and scholar Bahauddin Zakariya. You will visit the Multan Fort, an ancient citadel with historical significance and panoramic views of the city. Explore the mausoleum of Sheikh Hakim Ali Shah, also known as Shah Gardez, a revered Sufi saint. You will visit the shrine of Shah Shams Tabrez, a renowned Sufi saint around the globe.
In evening, attend a Sufi music performance. Experience the mesmerizing devotional music of the Sufi tradition at one of the local shrines or cultural centers.
Day 3: Cultural and Culinary Exploration
After breakfast at your hotel, you will visit the Ghanta Ghar (Clock Tower) and nearby Ghanta Ghar Bazaar, where you can shop for local souvenirs and delicacies. You will visit the Shrine of Shah Yusuf Gardezi: Pay your respects at the shrine of Shah Yusuf Gardezi, a renowned Sufi saint, and explore the surrounding gardens and architecture.
At afternoon, you will explore Wallad city by wandering through the narrow streets and ancient gates of Multan's historic old town, soaking in the atmosphere and visiting local landmarks.
At evening, enjoy a traditional Multani dinner. You will enjoy local delicacies such as Sajji (roast meat), Sohan Halwa (a sweet dessert), and Multani Kebabs at a renowned restaurant.
Day 4: Departure from Multan
Depending on your departure time, you may have some free time for any last-minute exploration or shopping. Check out of your hotel and head to Multan International Airport for your onward journey.
